This notice supplements our main privacy notice where a US state consumer health data law applies to a person who contacts us through this site.

Consumer health data we may collect
- Dental concerns, symptoms, treatment history and the treatment you are asking about.
- Photos, X-rays, scans, PDFs or other records you choose to upload.
- Name, email address and message details linked to that health information.
- IP address and submission time used to protect the form from abuse.
We receive this information directly from you. Please do not send more health detail than is needed for the question you want us to review.
Why we collect and use it
- To answer your enquiry and assess whether we can offer a treatment-plan review.
- To communicate with you about records, appointments or next steps you request.
- To protect the enquiry channel from spam, fraud and misuse.
- To meet healthcare, legal or record-keeping duties if you become a patient.
We do not sell consumer health data and do not use it for targeted advertising.
Who may receive it
Access is limited to the dentists, patient coordinators and authorised clinic staff who need it to respond. Service-provider categories may include website hosting and security, email delivery and storage, and professional advisers acting under confidentiality. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or needed to protect a person from a serious threat. We do not disclose enquiry health data to Google Analytics, YouTube or Google Maps.
Your choices and rights
Where applicable, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we collect or disclose your consumer health data;
- access or receive a copy of that data;
- delete data, subject to legal exceptions;
- withdraw consent for a use based on consent; and
- receive a list of relevant third parties where the applicable law provides that right.
