Who runs Sevil Smile Clinic, and which entity treats international patients?
Sevil Smile Studio is a group of three clinics in Turkey — Istanbul, Antalya and Didim — each a separately registered legal entity with the Turkish Ministry of Health. International patients from the US and Canada are treated at the Istanbul clinic, Özel Sevil SS Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği, part of a brand founded in 2010 by Dt. Sevil Pekmezci.
Who we are
Dt. Sevil Pekmezci has been in professional practice since 2006 and founded the Sevil Smile Studio brand in 2010. The group grew from a first clinic in Didim, to Antalya, and then to Etiler in Istanbul — the clinic where patients travelling from the US and Canada are planned and treated today. Three clinics, three separate legal entities
Sevil Smile Studio is not one company operating under three names. Each location is registered as its own facility with the Turkish Ministry of Health, and all three appear on the Ministry's own published list of facilities authorised for international health tourism.

14 dentists across four specialties — prosthodontics, oral and maxillofacial surgery, restorative dentistry and endodontics — with Dr. Nurettin Tekeşin as the responsible manager of the Istanbul clinic. Dt. Sevil Pekmezci was born with a cleft lip and palate, and had 11 surgeries and a series of treatments as a child. That experience is what drew her toward dentistry, and toward helping patients regain confidence in their smile.

- We do not hold JCI accreditation. We hold a Turkish Ministry of Health Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate, which is mandatory to treat patients travelling from abroad. JCI is a separate, voluntary accreditation, and the two are easy to confuse from outside Turkey — see the full comparison on our qualifications page.
- We do not publish a star rating or an average score. No aggregate rating markup and no "% satisfaction" figure, anywhere on this site.
- We are not claiming to be the cheapest quote you will find. Our prices are published per unit, on the relevant treatment pages, so you can compare them yourself against any other clinic's written quote.
- Our Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate on file was issued to the Antalya clinic's legal entity, not Istanbul's. Istanbul is authorised separately, in its own right, on the Ministry's own published list — the two are not the same document, and we would rather explain that plainly than let the certificate image imply otherwise. - We have not verified Dt. Sevil Pekmezci's graduation year, or the awarding body and year behind either award named above. Rather than fill those fields with a guess, we have left them out — of this page and of its structured data.
