You arrive
The building is on Nispetiye Caddesi in Etiler, on the European side — the same district as your hotel and every appointment on your plan. The illuminated brand signage above the entrance is what you would look for from the street.
Ground Floor
Where you check in
The front desk, just past the entrance. This is where your patient coordinator meets you for the first time in person, and where every visit after that one starts.
The building inside
The clinic occupies a purpose-built, two-storey building — not a converted apartment or a shared floor. Three interiors, so you can judge the scale for yourself.
Where you wait
Seating between two of the numbered treatment rooms — not a single row of chairs facing a reception desk. If you are travelling with someone, this is roughly what the wait between your appointments looks like.
Upper Floor
The room you would be treated in
Daylight, and the dentist's own desk and screen beside the chair — this is where a CT scan gets talked through with you, not just filed.
A second operatory on the same floor. Rooms are equipped and staffed individually rather than shared, which is why a full-arch case can be staged without waiting on a shared chair.
Between appointments
Full-arch treatment is staged across more than one appointment in the same trip. This is where that time between visits is actually spent.
