Prices per arch
| Treatment | Price per arch | What the price covers |
|---|---|---|
| All-on-4 — Straumann | 7,000 € ≈ $8,070 | Four implants and the fixed prosthesis for one arch |
| All-on-6 — Straumann | 8,500 € ≈ $9,800 | Six implants and the fixed prosthesis for one arch |
| All-on-4 or All-on-6 — Astra Tech | 6,000 – 7,500 € ≈ $6,920 – $8,650 | Implants and the fixed prosthesis for one arch; the range depends on the number of implants and the case |
Prices are in EUR. USD figures are indicative, converted 7 August 2026. Final price is confirmed after examination and a CT scan.
Read "per arch" carefully. Upper and lower are two separate treatments. At the published per-arch price, both arches with Straumann All-on-4 is 14,000 €; whether your case is priced exactly that way is confirmed in your written plan after the CT scan. Any clinic quoting a "full mouth" number should be asked, in writing, whether it covers one arch or two — this is the single most common misunderstanding in full-arch quotes.
If you have started covering your mouth when you laugh, or answering people in shorter sentences so you talk less, that is usually the real reason someone lands on a page about implants rather than a page about price. The number matters, but it is rarely the whole reason you are here.
Ask us — and ask every clinic you are comparing
Three questions decide whether a per-arch quote is actually the same product as ours. We would rather you asked them than took our number on faith.
1. Does this price cover one arch or the whole mouth?
Ours is per arch — 7,000 € with Straumann. What that figure covers: Local anaesthetic and the temporary prosthesis, where the treatment plan calls for one — the temporary prosthesis between your two trips is not a separate line item. Sedation, which is arranged with a partner hospital and quoted individually after your consultation, and we do not have a fixed figure for it to publish here. A "full mouth" figure that does not say which arches it covers is not a comparable number until it does.
2. How many years is the warranty on a full arch, and what voids it?
Ours is lifetime on the implant fixtures and 5 years on the prosthesis, and what voids it — smoking, untreated bruxism, trauma — is published in the same place as the promise.
3. If a component loosens or fractures after I am home, what happens, step by step?
You contact your patient coordinator; covered treatment and accommodation are paid by the clinic, and you cover the flight. Get that sequence in writing before you book, from us or from anyone else.
All-on-4 or All-on-6: how the number of implants is decided
| All-on-4 | All-on-6 | |
|---|---|---|
| Implants per arch | Four | Six |
| Straumann, per arch | 7,000 € ≈ $8,070 | 8,500 € ≈ $9,800 |
| Astra Tech, per arch | 6,000 – 7,500 € ≈ $6,920 – $8,650 | 6,000 – 7,500 € ≈ $6,920 – $8,650 |
| Usually considered when | Bone volume and bite load allow four implants to carry the arch | More support is wanted, or the bone distribution favours it |

More implants is not automatically a better plan, and fewer is not automatically a cheaper shortcut. The number is a clinical decision made from your CT scan — bone volume, bone quality, the shape of the sinus and the way you bite. If four is right for you, we are not going to quote six. If your scan points the other way, full per-arch pricing for All-on-6 is on its own cost page.
What one arch does not include
- Extractions, if teeth still have to come out, and any grafting the site needs before four implants can be placed.
- Treatment of the opposing arch, unless it is separately quoted — most people on this page are pricing one arch, not both.
- Flights and accommodation for the treatment trip.
- Long-term maintenance. A fixed arch on four implants still needs professional cleaning and periodic review for the rest of its life. Budget for it.
One thing worth asking directly: what if four implants is not actually enough for my case? Our honest answer: we do not know that from a photograph, and we will not guess on your behalf. If your CT scan shows four is not the right plan, we tell you that and quote All-on-6 instead — see All-on-6 pricing if six implants is what your case turns out to need.
And the other question worth asking before you book: what if something needs fixing after I am already home? Our honest answer, and our honest weak point: a revision means booking a transatlantic flight, every time. We pay for the treatment and the hotel at whichever of our three clinics suits you, but the flight is never included on a full-arch case any more than it is on a single implant — factor that into the decision, not just the 7,000 €.

This is a large, mostly irreversible decision
Full-arch treatment is the biggest thing on this website, so here is the part most cost pages leave out:
- In many cases, remaining teeth are removed to place four implants. That cannot be undone. If some of your own teeth can be saved, saving them is usually the better dentistry — even though it is the smaller invoice for us.
- It is normally staged. A temporary prosthesis first, the final one months later once the four implants have healed — see the honest weak point in that gap above.
- Not everyone is a candidate for four implants specifically. Insufficient bone, uncontrolled gum disease, and medical conditions or medications affecting bone healing all change what is possible — and if four is not enough support for your bite, that is read from the scan too. This is assessed from your CT scan and medical history, not from photographs.
- Smoking and untreated bruxism affect both the outcome and what we are able to warrant, on four implants the same as on six.
- A fixed arch is not maintenance-free. Four prosthetic components can still wear, loosen or fracture over time, and hygiene around a full arch is a lifelong routine, not a one-week event.
If your case is better served by All-on-6, a different treatment, or by treatment at home where the follow-up is easier, we will tell you that in your written plan. Read more about when treatment at home is the better decision.
What is included beyond the treatment itself
- Examination, CT scan and a written, itemised plan before you commit to travel.
- Named implant system — Straumann (Switzerland) or Astra Tech by Dentsply Sirona (Sweden) — and an implant passport with the lot details, so a dentist in the US or Canada can identify what was placed.
- Lifetime warranty on the implant fixtures (osseointegration failure and fracture) and 5 years on the implant-supported prosthesis, from completion of treatment.
- If covered work has to be redone: treatment and accommodation are paid by the clinic, the flight is yours.
- Smoking, untreated bruxism and trauma void cover.

What people ask about All-on-4 pricing
How much is All-on-4 per arch in Turkey?
At our Istanbul clinic, 7,000 € per arch with Straumann implants (about $8,070) or 6,000–7,500 € per arch with Astra Tech. All-on-6 with Straumann is 8,500 € per arch. Prices are in EUR; USD figures are indicative, converted 7 August 2026.
Is the All-on-4 price for one arch or both arches?
One arch. Upper and lower are two separate treatments and are quoted separately — All-on-4 is priced per arch, not per mouth. At the published per-arch price, both arches with Straumann All-on-4 comes to 14,000 €, confirmed in your written plan after the CT scan.
How much cheaper is All-on-4 in Turkey than in the US?
Against a US quote of $15,000–$30,000 per arch, our Straumann arch at about $8,070 is roughly 46%–73% less. Those US figures come from published US practice and consumer pricing guides read in August 2026, not from a statistical survey — get your own quote at home to compare.
How many trips does All-on-4 take?
Normally two. A temporary prosthesis is fitted first, and the final prosthesis after the implants have healed, which takes months. Anyone promising a finished full arch in a single short trip is describing the temporary stage, not the finished result.
Who is not a candidate for All-on-4?
Patients without enough bone to support the implants, patients with uncontrolled gum disease or an active infection, and patients whose medical history or medication affects bone healing. Smoking and untreated bruxism also affect the outcome and limit cover. Suitability is assessed from a CT scan and your medical history.
