All-on-6 with Straumann implants is 8,500 € per arch at our Istanbul clinic, about $9,800. With Astra Tech, All-on-6 or All-on-4 is 6,000–7,500 € per arch. In the United States the same full-arch treatment is commonly quoted at $15,000–$30,000.

Read "per arch" carefully. Upper and lower are two separate treatments. At the published per-arch price, both arches with Straumann All-on-6 is 17,000 €; whether your case is priced exactly that way is confirmed in your written plan after the CT scan. Three questions decide whether a per-arch quote is actually the same product as ours. We would rather you asked them than took our number on faith.
1. Does this price cover one arch or the whole mouth?
Ours is per arch — 8,500 € with Straumann. What that figure covers: Local anaesthetic and the temporary prosthesis, where the treatment plan calls for one — the temporary prosthesis between your two trips is not a separate line item. Sedation, which is arranged with a partner hospital and quoted individually after your consultation, and we do not have a fixed figure for it to publish here. A "full mouth" figure that does not say which arches it covers is not a comparable number until it does.
2. How many years is the warranty on a six-implant arch, and what voids it?
Ours is lifetime on the fixtures and 5 years on the prosthesis, and what voids it — smoking, untreated bruxism, trauma — is published in the same place as the promise, not in a contract you see for the first time in Istanbul.
3. If a component loosens or fractures after I am home, what happens, step by step?
You contact your patient coordinator, the same process as on a four-implant case; covered treatment and accommodation are paid by the clinic, and the flight is yours. Get that sequence in writing before you book — from us or from any clinic you are comparing.
One thing worth asking directly: are you quoting six implants because my case needs them, or because it is a bigger invoice? Our honest answer: if the CT scan shows four implants will carry the arch, that is what goes on your plan and your quote — we say so on our All-on-4 pricing page as well, and we are not going to quote you upward from there.
And the other question worth asking before you book: what does six implants actually cost you, beyond the extra 1,500 €? Our honest answer, and our honest weak point: two more fixture sites is more surgical time and more bone to heal than All-on-4, not just a bigger invoice. If your case does not need the extra support, that is not a trade worth making — which is exactly why the number of implants is decided from your scan, not from which page you landed on.
Why six implants cost more than four
The price difference is the two extra implant fixtures, not a different tier of treatment. All-on-6 is not a "premium" version of All-on-4 that we upsell — it is what a CT scan shows is the right plan for a given arch, usually when more support is wanted or the available bone is distributed in a way that favours more implants. If four implants is what your case needs, that is what goes on your plan and quote, not six.

The $15,000–$30,000 figure is the same full-arch range used on our Turkey vs USA cost comparison, compiled from published US dental practice and consumer pricing guides, read in August 2026. It is not split by implant count there, because most US quotes for a full-arch case are priced as one bundled procedure, whether the plan uses four implants or six. These are practice and guide websites, not a statistical survey — treat the range as a realistic band, and get your own quote from a US dentist before comparing anything.
What one arch does not include
- Extractions, if teeth still have to come out, and any bone grafting the site needs before six implants can be placed.
- Treatment of the opposing arch, unless it is separately quoted — six implants on one side does not imply anything about the other.
- Flights and accommodation for the treatment trip.
- Long-term maintenance. Six fixture sites is more surface to keep clean than four; budget for professional cleaning and periodic review for the rest of the arch's life.
This is a large, mostly irreversible decision
Full-arch treatment is the biggest thing on this website, so here is the part most cost pages leave out:
- In many cases, remaining teeth are removed to place six implants — the same trade-off as All-on-4, not a bigger one. That cannot be undone. If some of your own teeth can be saved, saving them is usually the better dentistry, even though it is the smaller invoice for us.
- It is normally staged, the same as All-on-4. A temporary prosthesis first, the final one months later once all six implants have healed.
- Not everyone is a candidate for six implants specifically. Beyond the general checks — bone volume, gum health, medical history — six fixture sites need usable bone spread more widely across the arch than four narrower sites do; this is read from your CT scan, not assumed because of which page you landed on.
- Smoking and untreated bruxism affect both the outcome and what we are able to warrant, on any implant count.
- A fixed arch is not maintenance-free. Six components is more hardware to keep clean than four, and hygiene around a full arch is a lifelong routine, not a one-week event.

What is included beyond the treatment itself
- Examination, CT scan and a written, itemised plan before you commit to travel.
- Named implant system — Straumann (Switzerland) or Astra Tech by Dentsply Sirona (Sweden) — and an implant passport with the lot details, so a dentist in the US or Canada can identify what was placed.
- Lifetime warranty on the implant fixtures (osseointegration failure and fracture) and 5 years on the implant-supported prosthesis, from completion of treatment.
- If covered work has to be redone: treatment and accommodation are paid by the clinic, the flight is yours.
- Smoking, untreated bruxism and trauma void cover.

Two more implants and two more fixtures to place. With Straumann, that is 8,500 € against 7,000 € for All-on-4. With Astra Tech the published range is the same for both, because the final price there depends on the exact implant count and case, decided from your CT scan rather than the name of the technique.
Does the All-on-6 price cover both arches, or is it per arch like All-on-4?

Who is not a candidate for All-on-6?
Patients without enough bone to support six implants even after the arch is assessed, patients with uncontrolled gum disease or an active infection, and patients whose medical history or medication affects bone healing. Smoking and untreated bruxism also affect the outcome and limit cover. Suitability is read from a CT scan and your medical history, not decided in advance.
