Treatment Plan
Get a written treatment plan before you book a flight
What is in a Sevil Smile Clinic treatment plan?
Send recent photos or a dental X-ray, and a CT scan if you already have one. A dentist reviews your case and, within one business day, you receive a written plan naming the implant system by brand, the number of units, what is included and excluded, and how many trips the treatment needs. It is not a booking.

If you have already collected a folder of screenshots from other clinics — a price here, a photo there — and none of it adds up to something you could hand to a second dentist for an opinion, that is the gap this page closes.

Send your case, get a plan you can compare
What happens after you send this form:
- 01Send recent photos or a dental X-ray, and a CT scan if you already have one.
- 02Start with our clinic-trained 24/7 AI assistant to prepare your case; then a dentist reviews the details and your coordinator sends a written, itemised plan in English within one business day.
- 03You decide how to continue after you have the plan in front of you.
What a written plan actually contains
| Part of the plan | What you get |
|---|---|
| Treatment system | Named by brand — Straumann or Astra Tech by Dentsply Sirona for implants, IPS e.max or zirconia for crowns and veneers — not a generic description. |
| Quantity | The exact number of units or arches your case needs, priced individually, not a range. |
| Price | In EUR, with an indicative USD figure. See the total cost calculator for what flights and a hotel add on top. |
| Trips required | Stated up front — one for most veneer and crown cases, two for implants and full-arch cases, because the bone needs months to heal before the final restoration. |
| Who prepares it | A dentist reviews your records and drafts the plan; your patient coordinator sends it and answers logistics questions. |
| Status | An offer, not a commitment — confirmed after an in-person exam and a CT scan. Warranty terms apply once treatment is completed. |
Prices are in EUR. USD figures are indicative, converted 7 August 2026. Final price is confirmed after examination and a CT scan.

Ask us — and ask any clinic before you send them a single photo
Three questions decide whether what lands in your inbox is a plan you can act on, or just a friendlier version of the number on their homepage.
1. Does the plan name the exact system and unit count, or stay vague until you arrive?
Ours names the brand and the number, before you travel — not a category like "premium implant" decided once you are already in the chair.
2. Is the number of trips stated up front, and what does the price actually cover?
Our price includes:
- Local anaesthetic
- The temporary prosthesis, where the treatment plan calls for one
Priced and arranged separately:
- Sedation, which is arranged with a partner hospital and quoted individually after your consultation
3. Is the plan written down, or just spoken on a call you cannot show a second dentist?
Ours is a document you can forward, print or take to another clinic for a second opinion before you decide anything.
A question worth asking before you send anything: is sending photos over email the first step to being pressured into booking? Our honest answer: no. No payment is requested to receive a plan, nothing is booked on your behalf, and what we do with what you send is covered in our Privacy Policy.
And the other honest answer, and our real limitation: a plan built from photographs alone is not the same as one built from an X-ray. If we can see your smile but not your bone, we say so in the plan rather than guess — and some cases genuinely need an X-ray before we can put a number on paper, which can slow the reply beyond our usual one business day. See the full step-by-step journey for what happens once the CT scan confirms or revises what the photos suggested.
When a written plan is not what you need right now
- You are in pain or need to be seen this week. This process is for planning ahead, not same-week urgent care — see a local dentist first, then request a plan once things are manageable.
- You have not decided whether travelling for treatment is right for you at all. Read when travelling for treatment is, and is not, the right call first — that decision is separate from choosing a clinic, and a plan will not answer it for you.
- Your dentist at home has already told you a treatment is not advisable for a medical reason. Sending us photos will not change that. Bring their letter with your other records so we are working from the same information they were.
From The Clinic
Why we lead with a plan, not a price
If you would rather see our published per-unit prices first, they are on our cost pages: dental implants, veneers and crowns and All-on-4. For treatment plus travel added together, use the total cost calculator. A written plan tells you which of those prices actually applies to your case, and whether US insurance documentation matters to you — see what to ask your insurer.
What people ask about the written plan
What exactly do I get when I request a treatment plan?
A written document naming the implant system or material by brand, the number of units or arches, the price with what it includes and excludes, and how many trips the treatment needs. You can start with our clinic-trained 24/7 AI assistant; then a dentist reviews the details before your coordinator replies in English within one business day.
Do I have to send an X-ray, or are photos enough?
Photos let us give you a first read, but some cases genuinely need an X-ray before we can put a number on paper — bone and root condition do not show in a photograph. If that applies to you, we will tell you rather than guess, which can add a day beyond our usual one-business-day reply.
Is the written plan the final price?
No. It is confirmed, not guaranteed, until a dentist examines you in person and reviews a CT scan at the clinic. Bone volume and gum condition only become fully visible then. If the scan changes the plan, you decide whether to proceed on the new terms.
Does requesting a plan commit me to booking treatment?
Requesting a plan gives you a written estimate to review. The plan request is free, and you can take it to a second dentist, sit on it, or continue at your own pace.
How is the plan different from the price lists on your cost pages?
The cost pages publish our standard per-unit prices so you can compare us before you send anything. A written plan applies those prices to your specific case — the exact number of implants or units your teeth need, decided from your own records, not a general rate.
